Why not come for a walk with us?

Not sure what to expect? Take a look at our previous walks.

Monday 1st May (changed from Saturday 29th April): Keith’s Stroll in the Park. We're off to see the bluebells this month, on an 8-mile walk (or just over) entirely within the South Downs National Park. Meet at 10.00am in the car park behind the George and Dragon in Burpham, not forgetting to bring a drink and a packed lunch. If you’re thinking of going on the walk let Richard, Enid or Keith know so that we can contact you if the weather is bad.

NB There's no need to put your name down for this, you can just turn up on the day. However, sometimes (not often!) a walk is cancelled if the weather is very bad. If you think you may be coming on a walk, you may wish to provide contact details to Keith, Enid or Richard so we can tell you on the day if the walk isn’t going ahead.

If you need directions, or if you just want to know how long the journey will take, use Google Maps (see below).

Use the links below to see maps with the start point indicated showing you exactly where to meet.

shows a road map, zoom in and out and scroll the map as you wish. In built-up areas zoom in to see a street map.

shows a satellite image, so you can zoom in and see what it looks like before you get there. Near the top-left corner of the map you may see a 'yellow man' – drag him onto the appropriate area of the map to get Street View, so you can see what the approach to the start point looks like. You can get directions by clicking the "Get directions" button and then entering your start location (probably easiest to give your postcode).
