Breakaway Clubs Temporary Move To Lancing

As most of you are aware, the Charles Dickens will shortly be undergoing refurbishment, during which time it will be closed for 6 to 8 weeks. Therefore, Breakaways last meeting here will be on the 13th of May.

Arrangements have been made for us to meet at the Farmers in Lancing as of the 20th of May. The Farmers is less than 5 minutes walk south of the railway station where South and North Street meet and there is ample car parking all around.

On the 20th entry will be free to all, and alongside the usual nibbles there will be extras such as cheese and pineapple, sausages on sticks, small cakes etc.

We will have exclusive use of a bar which has an exit door to a smoking shelter. There will be no charge to the club for the bar meaning that the entry fee can be reduced to £1 whilst we are there.

Unfortunately there is no facility to hold our darts evenings and so our June darts night will be arranged for the middle of June at the Locomotive in Littlehampton where they do a nice little super. Watch notice board for details.
